BOE adopts the final 2024-25 proposed budget at its April 11th meeting. Please see the attached budget presentation for further details.
Key Highlights:
Proposed budget: $36,817,940 or 10.64% increase
3.68% tax levy increase in support of many programming and facility upgrades such as:
$100k capital outlay for new HS corridor
New HS band instruments
5 additional CTE spots for HS students
Retention of an estimated 8 positions previously supported through expiring federal funded grants
$450,000 interfund transfer to capital to support urgent capital needs for the ES road replacement. The district is proposing to reallocate savings from a previously approved $2.3 million proposition for the acquisition of a new bus garage.
