ALL Mechanicville School tax payments MUST be mailed or Paid Online.

Taxpayers can either pay their bill by mail or online.

To search for your bill and/or receipt, please use only the taxpayers last name, street number and street name-without suffix, i.e., Street, Avenue, Drive, etc.

Payments can be made online by going to the School District webpage under the Budget and Finance link, and then click on the Tax Collection Information link. Fees may apply.

📌 What You Need to Know
● School District office drop-boxes will no longer accept tax payments under any circumstances.
● Any payments brought to the school district will be turned away or returned to the sender.
● Payments made between September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026 will have no penalty
● Payments made between October 1, 2026– October 31, 2026 will be assessed a 2% late fee
