I will be presenting a plan to safely bring our hybrid learners grades 7-12 back to school on an everyday basis when we return from break, Monday, April 12 (the start of the 4th qtr.). Your understanding and support of the plan is critical to successful implementation.
Our number one priority is health and safety, that has not changed, only compounded this year as we have seen and heard of the tremendous negative impact on our students mental health due to the hybrid learning model. As with our original reopening model, it is a parents choice as to your decision of having your student attend school in person or virtually.
If you are unable to attend live, we will post the recording and distribute the presentation. In order to be thoughtful and deliberate in meeting your needs, please feel free to email me any questions in advance of Tuesday’s virtual meeting to bpotter@mechanicville.org
