At their regularly scheduled meeting held on Thursday, April 2, 2026, the Board of Education adopted the 2026–27 school budget. This budget represents a 2.3% increase in spending from the previous year, the total budget will be $37,350,893.
The approved budget maintains all current programs and staffing levels. Additionally, it includes the purchase of four new buses: two 72-passenger buses and two 30-passenger buses (one of which will be fully accessible and equipped with a wheelchair lift).
The budget increases school taxes by 3.4%. A Public Budget Hearing will be held on May 6, 2026, in the high school cafeteria. The official budget vote will take place on May 16, 2026. Polls will be open from 12 noon to 9pm in the HS Gymnasium (Please use gym doors under the red awning)
