8th graders take class trip to Washington, D.C.

imageMay 23, 2017- The eighth grade class took to a trip Washington, D.C. earlier this month. While the trip was fun, it was also full of educational opportunities and learning experiences.

During their stay the students had the opportunity to see the White Hose, the Washington Monument, the U.S. Capitol, the Vietnam, Korean, and Iwo Jima memorials, and Arlington National Cemetary.

They also had some fun at a Spy Museum, a Baltimore Orioles game, the Smithsonian, the Air and Space Museum, and the Natural History and American History museums.
