At Mechanicville Elementary School we are not only concerned with your child's academic growth, but also with his or her development as a total person. We are very active in promoting positive character traits in our students. We stress a different positive character trait on a monthly basis. Our traits for February are Honesty and Trustworthiness. I am very pleased with the hard work our teachers (Character Education Committee) have put in for this very important program.
